In the environmental science field, there's something for everyone!

We would like to encourage you to explore careers and topics related to the field of environmental science. February features a wide array of opportunities, as well as the specialized work of those dedicated to conservation efforts, sustainability, and natural resources. Environmental endeavors are surprisingly eclectic and those involved have backgrounds and passions that create a rich tapestry of talents. There is truly something for everyone who wishes to get involved in creating a positive pathway to the future of our planet.

Fascinated by tweets? No, we're not talking Twitter, we're talking about the sounds birds make! What is it about birds that holds our fascination? Their ability to fly? Migration patterns? Their unique anatomy? If you have a passion for our feathered friends, then working in the field of ornithology might be a career for you. Ornithology is the study of birds - however, there's a whole range of people with a wide variety of skills whose job it is to figure out what makes birds tick.
