This page contains all the information you need to make the most of your membership experience, from managing your account to accessing your benefits. Whether you are exploring our campus, learning about our initiatives, or supporting our efforts, these resources are here to help you participate with confidence and ease.

Become a Duke Farms Member

Join a growing community of informed advocates.

1. Visit dukefarms.org/membership.
2. Choose the membership category that is right for you.
3. Enter your contact information and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
4. Enter your payment information.
5. Select Join to complete your enrollment.

You will then receive a confirmation email and access to your account, digital card, class and event registration, and more.

Your JoinIt account is your home for managing your membership.

Log In

1. Visit app.joinit.com/o/duke-farms.
2. Select Member Log In and enter the email address and password you used during sign-up.

Access Your Digital Membership Card

Your digital card unlocks discounts at the Café and with the Bike Rental Program.

1. Under Membership Information, select View Membership Card.
2. Select Send Card to email a copy to yourself.

Update Your Information

Edit your personal details at any time.

1. Under Membership Information, select Edit Membership Info to manage your profile.
2. Under Payment Details, select Update Payment Method to manage your payment method.

Your membership evolves with you.

Renew

1. Under Membership Information, select Renew Membership.
2. Review your contact and payment information, then confirm your renewal.

Note: If you renew before your current term ends, email us at membership@dukefarms.org so we can ensure uninterrupted benefits.

Upgrade or Downgrade

1. Under Membership Information, select Renew Membership, then select Switch Membership Type.
2. Choose a new category, then complete your update.

Note: Early upgrade or downgrade? Email us at membership@dukefarms.org so your benefits transition smoothly.

Cancel

You may cancel your membership at any time.

Under Membership Information, select Cancel Membership, then confirm your choice.
You will receive a confirmation email from JoinIt.

Register for Classes

Preferred: Through JoinIt

Select Upcoming Events in your account to access member-exclusive and public programs. Your member discount is applied automatically.

Through Eventbrite

1. Visit the Duke Farms Eventbrite webpage.
2. Enter your JoinIt email in the Promo Code field to apply your discount.

Register for Events

You will receive event invitations by email.
